As someone who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theology with a minor in Human Resources Management, as well as a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, my worldview is deeply rooted in faith and respect for humanity. My Theology degree taught me empathy and emotional intelligence, while my Human Resources expertise equipped me with skills in organizational development, conflict resolution, and career guidance.
